Red pants for autumn

When did I start wearing so much color? These Gap cords arrived in the mail special delivery from Katherine of Of Corgis and Cocktails! Turns out, they fit perfectly and fulfilled my lingering desires of red pants. Thank you again, Katherine! For a campus-friendly look I paired them with a striped top, my favorite Gap jacket, and new ALDO ankle boots. Red, black, and white - I am so original.

The other new addition to my closet are these leather ankle boots from ALDO. I checked them off my wish-list and considered them an investment for the future... Since this is the first time I've spent over $100 on a pair of shoes in a long time. To my wallet, I'm sorry. Sort of.
