Life lately: college, classes, and coffee

October already? It seems hard to believe that autumn is already here. The days (and life, in general) have been flying by. I spend so much time here on Coffee and Cardigans discussing my clothes, I forget sometimes to discuss my life. I started another year of college this month and classes are off to a good start. But between a full class load, a part-time job, an internship, and a student organization, it's fated to be one very busy year. But I'm glad to be back on campus.

But despite a busy schedule, I've had the chance to enjoy time with family and friends. I spent a week back in my hometown with family for my birthday last month. That meant lots of time with my little sister, catching up with my parents, and afternoons in my favorite downtown coffee shop. Classes starting also meant reconnection with old friends. And my best friend, who I can't go a day without.

Lots has been happening here at Coffee and Cardigans too! Most of you noticed (and loved) the new design, courtesy of the talented Hannah of Signed, xoxoHannah. This little blog has also seen quite a bit of growth. Which means I owe a BIG THANK YOU to each and every one of you! I was giddy when I realized CC had reached 100 likes on Facebook and over 300 followers on GFC. So thank you again!

I'm leaving this week for a few days in San Fransisco for the 2012 National PRSSA Conference. A week in the big city, wearing pencil skirts and heels, mingling with communication professionals? Yes, please! While I'm gone, I am so lucky to have a few of my favorite bloggers guest posting for me. And that is what's happening in my life lately.
