Better in color

After four weeks of living on six items, you'd never know how overwhelmed a gal can feel when she's suddenly given control of her entire closet again. I was craving color and this new dress from eShakti was the first thing I grabbed for Monday morning. eShakti was generous enough to offer me a taste of their fall collection and this sweet frock was my pick. I love the rich color, full skirt, and pockets. This isn't my first eShakti dress, and it most certainly won't be my last.

I paired the blueish hue with my favorite mustard cardigan and brown boots. It was a day overloaded in color and reminding myself that I was in fact allowed to touch the rest of my closet again. Somehow, it made Monday a little easier to bear. You don't know how exciting (yet, oddly overwhelmed) I am to be functioning at full capacity again. I don't know where to begin!

Can I point out how much I love the back of this dress? The scooped back and exposed zipper might be my favorite details. The sleeves are a little tight around the arms - I'd opt out that customization option next time around - but I know this little dress is already a seasonal favorite of mine. Do you have a favorite dress for autumn yet?
