Thrifter Thursday: vintage floral

Can you tell that I tucked a dress into a skirt? I sure hope not, since this is one more tactic to make the most of my Six Item wardrobe. This outfit happened just in time for Thrifter Thursday. This was a work outfit from earlier in the week. And as much as I loved layering the dress and skirt, it was far too warm. After our cold, cloudy days earlier this week, I thought I could get away with it. But oh no. Oregon hit us with another unexpected summer heat wave - 90 degrees today! Summer is refusing to die away just yet.
